The Ivy is seeking a passionate and experienced Fine Arts Enrichment Teacher to lead afterschool programs focusing on painting, sketching, various artistic modalities, and claywork. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore their creativity through hands-on artistic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging fine arts lessons that explore painting, sketching, claywork, and other artistic mediums.

• Encourage creativity, experimentation, and self-expression through various art forms.

• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs and abilities of students, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning experience.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where each child can develop their artistic skills.

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s artistic progress and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience teaching fine arts, preferably in an afterschool or extracurricular setting.

• Proficiency in various artistic techniques, including painting, sketching, and claywork.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire creativity in children.

• A passion for working with young students and guiding their artistic development.

• An Art Portfolio
