The Ivy is looking for an experienced Arabic Language Teacher to lead afterschool enrichment language classes, helping students develop proficiency in Arabic in an engaging and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that introduce and reinforce Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) in an age-appropriate manner.

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to make learning Arabic engaging and fun.

• Foster a supportive environment that encourages students to practice and develop their language skills.

• Monitor student progress and adapt lessons to meet their needs.

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s language development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience teaching Arabic, preferably in an afterschool setting.

• Fluency in Arabic and experience teaching non-native speakers.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

• Passion for working with children and fostering language development.
