
Enrichment Educator - Arabic Language
The Ivy is a premium early childhood education center in Dubai. We are seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging Arabic Language Teacher to deliver high-quality Arabic classes for children across different age groups and proficiency levels. Classes may take place both in our Early Education and Nursery Program and our Enrichment Program (after-school hours, evenings, weekends, and holiday programs)

Operating from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (ECE) and 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm (M-F) and 10 am - 6 pm (Sat & Sun), we provide the ultimate setting for children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Education, Languages, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred. Cache Levels 2 and up accepted w/ sufficent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Arabic to children.
- UAE Experience: Prior experience teaching in a UAE school, nursery, learning center, tutoring center, or enrichment program is strongly preferred.
- Arabic Proficiency: Strong spoken and written Arabic is required.
- English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills are preferred for parent communication and team collaboration.
- Teaching Range: Ability to teach different levels of Arabic, including beginner Arabic, conversational Arabic, reading and writing, and school support.
- Age Groups: Experience teaching children between ages 3–12 is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time teaching hours, including afterschool, evenings, weekends, and/or school holiday programs.
- Safeguarding: Must be willing to complete background checks, reference checks, and any required safeguarding documentation.
- Professionalism: Must demonstrate reliability, strong communication, organization, and a warm, child-centered approach.

- You are excited to help shape and grow The Ivy’s Arabic education program, both at the nursery level and enrichment program level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arabic Language Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons for children across different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Small Group Teaching: Lead small class sizes with a warm, structured, and interactive teaching style.
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans, materials, activities, and resources that support speaking, listening, reading, writing, and vocabulary development.
- Beginner & Advanced Learners: Adapt instruction for both native and non-native Arabic speakers, including children who are new to Arabic.
- Engaging Learning Experiences: Use stories, songs, games, conversation, writing activities, cultural themes, and hands-on projects to make Arabic meaningful and enjoyable.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, respectful, and well-managed learning environment that supports children’s confidence and participation.
- Progress Monitoring: Observe student progress and provide feedback on language development, participation, and areas for continued growth.
- Family Communication: Communicate professionally with families when needed, offering updates on student progress and classroom learning.
- Program Support: Support afterschool, weekend, evening, and holiday enrichment programs as The Ivy’s Arabic offering grows.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with The Ivy team to ensure the Arabic program reflects the center’s high standards, family-centered approach, and commitment to quality.
