Enrichment Educator (The Sciences, Robotics, Coding)
We are seeking a versatile and knowledgeable Enrichment Teacher to lead our Science, Coding, LEGO, Robotics, and Chess afterschool programs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about encouraging problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork through hands-on activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching or leading STEM-related activities, preferably in an afterschool program.
- Proficiency in coding, robotics, LEGO building, and chess.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for inspiring young minds.
- Excellent communication and the ability to engage students in interactive learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover topics such as coding, LEGO building, robotics, and chess.
- Utilize a hands-on approach to introduce STEM concepts and critical thinking skills.
- Guide students in collaborative projects, encouraging teamwork and creativity.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and communicate achievements with parents.
